Using planetdrip.com, placing an order, or creating an account constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you don't agree, please disembark.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this site or place an order.

3. Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice prior to checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in which case we'll refund in full.

4. Intellectual property

All artwork, photography, logos, and copy on Planet Drip are owned by Planet Drip or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Conduct

Don't scrape, reverse engineer, harass other users, or interfere with the site. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Limitation of liability

Planet Drip is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be heard in the courts of London.

8. Product authenticity disclaimer

Planet Drip carries two distinct product tiers. FlyDrip Originals, Know Love, and Apex Underground are top-quality original Planet Drip productions — designed, sourced, and manufactured in-house. All other products across the site and drop-down menus (Dripgods, Sexy Drip, Flight Drip, Kurated Drip, Dripcessories, Drip Kids, etc.) are top-quality 1:1 replicas, which is reflected in their pricing. Our replicas are of superior quality, crafted by a factory staffed with ex-employees of major designer labels who work with pride and dedication to the highest standards — the difference from the originals is virtually indiscernible. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this distinction. Replica items are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original brands.
