Refunds Policy
If a piece doesn't fly for you, we make it right. Here's exactly how refunds work.
Eligible items
Any non-final-sale piece returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, with tags and original packaging.
Refund speed
Once the atelier receives and inspects your return (typically within 2 business days), we refund to your original payment method. Most banks post within 3 business days.
Shipping costs
Original shipping is refundable for defective or wrong-item orders. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is non-refundable.
Non-refundable
Final-sale: fragrance, pierced jewelry, swim, and any item marked 'final sale' at checkout. Made-to-order Dripgods are exchange-only.
Faulty or wrong items
If a piece arrives damaged or different from your order, email hello@flydrip.com within 7 days with photos. We'll cover return shipping and refund or replace in full.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge — we'll resolve any issue faster than a bank can.
