We collect the minimum we need to ship your drip and keep your flight smooth. Nothing more.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash), shipping and billing addresses, order history, and basic device/usage analytics. Payment card data is handled by our PCI-compliant processor — we never store full card numbers.

Why we collect it

To process and ship your orders, manage your account, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, and (with your consent) send marketing about drops.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors who help us run the house: payment, shipping, email, and analytics. We never sell your data.

Your rights

Access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@flydrip.com. EU/UK residents have full GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights.

Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. Marketing data is deleted within 30 days of you unsubscribing.
